Muskegon, MI – The Muskegon County Road Commission (MCRC) has been named to the County Road Association Self-Insurance Fund’s (CRASIF) Risk Control Honor Roll for the 2024–25 coverage year.
The honor roll recognizes road commissions across Michigan that maintain outstanding safety records and risk control practices. MCRC earned its place on the honor roll by keeping its experience modification factor below 1.00, a measure of workplace safety and claims performance.
“We would like to acknowledge this achievement by presenting a plaque to your road commission at the CRASIF 47th Annual Membership Meeting on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, in Bay City,” said representatives of CRASIF in their recognition letter.
“We are deeply honored to be recognized by CRASIF for our commitment to safety,” said MCRC Managing Director Ken Hulka. “This recognition reflects the dedication of our employees, who work hard every day to ensure safe operations and protect both our team and the community we serve.”
The award will be formally presented to the MCRC during CRASIF’s annual membership meeting on September 23.
